Shipping Policy

At Croustly, we do everything possible to ensure that your CrispLock arrives in your hands as quickly as possible, in perfect condition.


1. Preparation Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 working hours following confirmation of your payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package is taken over by the carrier.


2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 working days from the shipment of your order.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on:

  • Periods of high activity (holidays, sales, etc.)

  • Customs constraints for international deliveries

  • Unforeseen events related to the carrier beyond our control


3. Delivery Zones

Croustly currently delivers to the following destinations:

  • Metropolitan France

  • Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery is free on all orders placed on www.croustly.fr, with no minimum purchase amount.


5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped. You can track the progress of your order directly on the carrier's website.

6. Unreceived Delivery

If you have not received your order within 20 working days from the shipping date, contact us at croustly.contact@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed as soon as possible.

In case of proven loss of the package, Croustly undertakes to send you a new product or to refund you in full, according to your preference.


7. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, we ask you to:

  • Refuse the package or make reservations with the carrier upon delivery

  • Take photos of the package and the damaged product

  • Contact us within 48 hours at croustly.contact@gmail.com with your photos and order number

Croustly will cover the replacement or refund of the damaged product.


8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please carefully check the delivery address before confirming your order. Croustly cannot be held responsible for a package not delivered or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer.

In case of an address error, contact us immediately at croustly.contact@gmail.com. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can correct the address at no additional cost.
