Return Policy

At Croustly, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have implemented a simple and transparent return policy.


1. Money-back guarantee — 30 days

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return your CrispLock, without having to provide a reason.

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

  • In perfect condition, undamaged, and not excessively used

  • In its original packaging or equivalent packaging that protects the product

  • Accompanied by your order number


2. Legal right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you also have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, without justification.


3. How to make a return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us by email at croustly.contact@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return

  • Step 2: We will confirm the processing of your request within 48 business hours

  • Step 3: Carefully package the product and ship it to the following address: Croustly — Daniel Sloian, 34 Rue du Tire-Pesseau, 21000 Dijon, France

  • Step 4: Send us the tracking number for your package


4. Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure proper receipt of the package. Croustly cannot be held responsible for a lost or damaged package during return.


5. Refund

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will process a full refund of your order amount (excluding return costs) within a maximum of 14 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your purchase:

  • Credit card: refund to the card used for the purchase

  • PayPal: refund to your PayPal account

  • Klarna: refund according to Klarna terms

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


6. Non-returnable products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products returned incomplete, damaged, or clearly deteriorated by abnormal use

  • Products whose packaging has been opened under conditions that compromise hygiene or safety


7. Defective product or order error

If you have received a defective product or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately at croustly.contact@gmail.com. In this case, return costs will be covered by Croustly, and you will receive a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
