Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all sales concluded between:
The seller: Daniel Sloian, operating under the trade name Croustly, a micro-entrepreneur registered with the R.C.S. of Dijon under SIRET number 106 767 460 00012, with its registered office at 34 Rue du Tire-Pesseau, 21000 Dijon, reachable at the email address: croustly.contact@gmail.com.
And any consumer (hereinafter “the Client”) making a purchase on the website www.croustly.fr.
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the site at the time of consultation by the Client. Each product is accompanied by a description detailing its essential characteristics.
The photographs and visuals presented on the site are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.
Article 3 — Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. Daniel Sloian benefits from a VAT exemption in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The mention "VAT not applicable" applies.
Croustly reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery is free for all orders placed on the site.
Article 4 — Order
The Client places an order by selecting the desired products, entering their delivery details, and validating their payment. The order is definitively confirmed upon receipt of payment.
A summary confirmation email is sent to the Client at the address provided during the order.
Croustly reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, obvious pricing error, or product unavailability. The Client will be informed and fully refunded.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online, securely, via the following methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna.
The debit is made at the time of order confirmation. Payment data is encrypted via SSL protocol and is never stored by Croustly.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are shipped within 24 business hours following payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from the time of shipment.
Delivery is provided to metropolitan France. For delivery to other destinations, please contact us at croustly.contact@gmail.com.
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the Client may request cancellation of their order and will be fully refunded.
Croustly cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or any force majeure event.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reasons.
To exercise this right, the Client must notify Croustly of their decision by email to: croustly.contact@gmail.com.
The Client then has 14 days to return the product, in perfect condition, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used during the order.
Article 8 — Money-Back Guarantee (30 days)
Independently of the legal right of withdrawal, Croustly offers its customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receipt of the product.
If the Client is not entirely satisfied with the CrispLock, they may return the product within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client. A full refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Article 9 — Legal Guarantee of Conformity
The products sold benefit from the following legal guarantees:

Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery.

Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
In case of non-conformity, the Client may request product replacement or a refund, according to the conditions provided by law.
Article 10 — Liability
Croustly undertakes to make every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of its site. However, Croustly cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product, an event of force majeure, or a technical interruption of the site.
Article 11 — Intellectual Property
All elements of the Croustly site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics) are the exclusive property of Daniel Sloian / Croustly and are protected by intellectual property law. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
Article 12 — Protection of Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site. In accordance with the GDPR, the Client has a right to access, rectify, delete and object to their data, by writing to: croustly.contact@gmail.com.
Article 13 — Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, the Client is invited to contact Croustly first at: croustly.contact@gmail.com to find an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable resolution, the Client may resort to mediation via the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In the absence of a resolution, the competent French courts will be seized.
Article 14 — Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law. Any clause deemed unlawful will be considered unwritten without affecting the validity of the other provisions.
