What are the delivery times?
Your order is shipped within 24 business hours. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for it to arrive at your home. You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, a tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier. You can also track your order from the "Track my order" page on our website.
Do you deliver everywhere in France?
Yes, we deliver to mainland France, as well as Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. For any other destination, please contact us at croustly.contact@gmail.com.
Where is the CrispLock shipped from?
Your order is prepared from our partner warehouse, then shipped directly to your home. You will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment.
An item is missing from my order, what's happening?
Each order is shipped in a single package. However, if an item is missing, please contact us immediately at croustly.contact@gmail.com with your order number — we'll fix it quickly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged product to croustly.contact@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send you a replacement or refund you as soon as possible.

We apologize. Sometimes, delivery can take a little longer than expected depending on the carrier's delays. You can track your package at any time using the tracking number received by email. If your order still hasn't arrived after 20 business days, contact us at croustly.contact@gmail.com — we will find a solution quickly.
Do you have a refund policy?

Does it burn the plastic?
No. The CrispLock uses gentle, controlled heat – 6 adjustable levels. Compatible with PE, PP, and PVC without damaging the bags. Even thin bags work without a problem.
Does it work on all types of bags?

Do I have to wait for the device to heat up?
